Small amounts of physical activity all day long can add up to 60 minutes.
Keeping active builds healthy muscles, strengthens bones and helps maintain a healthy weight. It also reduces your family?s risk of diabetes, heart attack and high blood pressure.
Give your child active toys like balls, scarves and flying disks. Play everyday at daycare, school and at home.
Active kids are healthier, more confident and perform better in school. |

Being active for 30-60 minutes on most days can help you build strength and fitness, relax and reduce stress, gain more energy, and improve your sleep. These benefits all add up to decreasing your risk of heart disease and other conditions, such as colon cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, and high blood pressure.
It's easy to have short bouts of activity several times a day like:
1. Go out for a short walk before breakfast, after dinner or both! Start with 5-10 minutes and work up to 30 minutes.
2. Walk or bike to the corner store instead of driving.
3. At office :Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Or get off a few floors early and take the stairs the rest of the way. _________________ Prosolution pills reviews |
