Fruits & Veggies—More Matters
We all know that fruits and vegetables add important nutrition to our diets. But how much should we eat? And how can we make this nutrition stuff easier, tastier and more enjoyable?
To answer these and other questions, Produce for Better Health Foundation offers the Fruits & Veggies—More Matters™ health initiative. In simple, user-friendly ways, the Fruits & Veggies—More Matters health initiative offers expert cooking advice, nutrition information and shopping tips.
Most importantly, this program demonstrates that eating MORE fruits and vegetables does matter to all of us. It’s a great way to stay healthy and a perfect fit for busy lives.

Milk Matters
The National Institute of Child Health & Human Development started the Milk Matters campaign in 1997 to help increase calcium consumption among children and teens. At a time when they require more nutrients for their rapidly growing and developing bodies, tweens and teens who don't get enough calcium are putting themselves at increased risk for osteoporosis when they are older.

The mission of FNS is to provide children and needy families better access to food and a more healthful diet through its food assistance programs and comprehensive nutrition education efforts.
